LYSANDER END-USER LICENCE
Version 0.1

This is a licence between you and Wojciech Pietrzak (the "licensor") for
the Lysander software ("Lysander"): the Windows, macOS and Linux
applications, the Web application, and their installers and packages.
By installing or using Lysander you accept this licence.

1. What you may do

You may install and use Lysander free of charge, for any lawful purpose,
including running tournaments for a club, an organisation or an event.

2. What you may not do

You may not copy or pass Lysander on to anyone else, except for the
copy you received from the licensor's official download page or Web
application. You may not modify Lysander, sell, rent or lend it, or
change or remove the notices it carries. You may not reverse engineer,
decompile or disassemble it, except as far as the law allows you to do
so whatever this licence says.

3. Your tournament files

The tournament files, exports and printed lists you make with Lysander
are yours. The licensor claims no rights in them.

4. No payment

No payment is asked for this version of Lysander. This licence does not
oblige the licensor to keep any later version or feature free of charge;
the terms of a later version are shown with it.

5. Ownership and third-party components

Lysander and its copyright remain the licensor's. Lysander contains
components of other authors, each under its own licence; the notices
that licence terms require are listed in the third-party notices that
come with Lysander. Nothing in this licence limits your rights under
those licences.

6. No warranty

Lysander is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, to the
extent the law allows. It helps an arbiter to pair and record a
tournament; the arbiter, and not Lysander or the licensor, remains
responsible for the pairings and the results that are used.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, the licensor is not liable for any loss
or damage arising from the use of Lysander or from being unable to use
it, including a wrong pairing or a lost tournament file. Nothing in
this licence limits any liability that the law does not allow to be
limited, or any right the law gives you as a consumer.

8. Ending this licence

This licence ends if you break it. You must then stop using Lysander
and delete your copies of it.
